Project Summary
Currently the University of Bolton (UoB) is undergoing a cross-institutional Academic Review lead by the Deputy Vice Chancellor and a Repositioning & Transformation Taskforce, which is being led by the Vice Chancellor. In support of these initiatives, the Building Capacity@Bolton project will develop a process for identifying external innovations for internal evaluation and where appropriate, adaption, adoption and embedding to meet the strategic priorities of the institution will be undertaken. It is anticipated that this work will provide an innovative, sustainable approach for the University that impacts at different organisational levels through different forums and across the institution.
